About the Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to support our accounting operations. In this position, you'll manage high-volume invoice processing, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. This is an ideal opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team while gaining valuable experience in accounts payable operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and record high-volume invoices through scanning, data entry, and verification
- Maintain and organize AP documentation to ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage incoming AP mail and email to track vendor communications and invoices
- Categorize and code expenses for proper financial record keeping
- Assist with vendor information updates and account maintenance
- Minimum 1+ year of full-cycle accounts payable experience
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage high-volume transactions accurately
- Proficiency with data entry and document scanning systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
