Accounting Analyst – Fixed Assets
Are you a detail‑oriented accounting professional who enjoys variety, innovation, and meaningful work? This Accounting Analyst position offers the perfect blend of technical accounting, visibility across the organization, and opportunities to contribute to impactful initiatives.
What You’ll DoIn this dynamic and evolving environment, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting general accounting functions, including journal entries and reporting
- Managing and maintaining fixed asset records, depreciation schedules, and reconciliations
- Assisting with system upgrades, process improvements, and automation initiatives
- Partnering with cross‑functional leaders, including Directors and VPs, on projects and analysis
- Participating in ongoing research groups, wellness initiatives, and organizational committees
- Tackling a diverse mix of work—operations, analysis, project work, and continuous enhancements

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or Finance)
- 5–7 years of general accounting experience
- At least 2 years of fixed assets accounting exposure, ideally within manufacturing, healthcare, or similarly asset‑intensive environments
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, evolving setting
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
