About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. This role is ideal for a self‑starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys tackling complex accounting tasks. The Senior Accountant will support core accounting functions, month‑end close, financial reporting, and process improvements while serving as a key resource to cross‑functional partners.

A hybrid schedule provides a balance of in‑office collaboration and remote flexibility.

• Lead key components of the month‑end and year‑end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations for accuracy and completeness.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Analyze P&L variances, identify trends, and communicate insights to leadership.
• Maintain and update general ledger accounts, ensuring proper documentation.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting efforts.
• Oversee or support AP/AR, fixed assets, accruals, and prepaids as needed.
• Prepare schedules for internal and external audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and internal controls.
• Partner with Operations, HR, and FP&A to ensure accurate financial data.
• Support special projects, system updates, and workflow enhancements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4–7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical capability, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.

• Experience in hybrid or multi‑location environments.
• Familiarity with mid‑size or enterprise ERP systems (SAP, Net Suite, Oracle, etc.).
• Process improvement or automation experience.
• CPA or CPA track preferred.
