Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant
- The Staff Accountant will own accounts receivable activities including invoicing, tracking, reconciliation, and collections tied to contracts
- Prepare and post journal entries and support general ledger activity
- The Staff Accountant will complete balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with month-end close, ad hoc accounting tasks, and light AP support as needed
Preferred Qualifications of the Staff Accountant
- The Staff Accountant should have foundational accounting knowledge with exposure to AR, balance sheet reconciliations, or journal entries
- Must be detail-oriented and deadline-driven
Salary: $50-60k
