Our expanding manufacturing company is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to lead our accounting operations and support our continued growth. We’re a forward-thinking organization known for our commitment to quality, innovation, and long-term stability. As we scale production and invest in new technologies, we’re looking for a strong leader who’s ready to step into a visible, high-impact role.

As the Accounting Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day accounting functions, ensure accurate financial reporting, and guide a small but dedicated team. You’ll work closely with operations, supply chain, and executive leadership—helping to strengthen processes and support strategic decision-making as the business continues to grow.

• Lead the accounting team and oversee daily accounting operations
• Manage month-end and year-end close, financial statements, and reconciliations
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory accounting, and production-related financial activities
• Maintain and improve internal controls, policies, and accounting procedures
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Partner with operational leaders to provide insights that drive efficiency and performance

• 6–10+ years of accounting experience, including leadership or supervisory experience
• Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience with cost accounting or inventory management is a plus
• A proactive leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
