FIELD FOREMAN/SUPERVISOR

The Field Foreman/Supervisor position is a crucial and rewarding role with K&T Irrigation. This position leads, mentors and focuses on keeping our field team safe and efficient while also maintaining company assets.

The Field Foreman/Supervisor will also work within our grain division leading our same field team and equal responsibilities.

Education &

Work Experience:

• Experience operating heavy equipment
• Willingness to teach new skills and take on new responsibilities
• A Class A CDL license is preferred
• Agriculture, Irrigation and grain site experience preferred

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must possess strong leadership skills
• Must have a strong mechanical background
• Must be able to perform direct physical effort
• Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather
• Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
• Willingness to obtain a Class A CDL license
• Must be able to work overtime during peak season
• Must be willing to overnight when traveling out of town
