• Install, maintain, and repair ductwork systems for commercial HVAC projects

• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings

• Work independently or as part of a crew to complete projects efficiently

• Mentor and train apprentices when needed

• Ensure all work meets local building codes and safety standards

• Perform field measuring and ensure accurate installation fitment

• Collaborate effectively with project managers and job site teams

• Active Fargo Heating and Gas License(s) (Required)

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Sheet Metal work

• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents

• Must have reliable transportation and necessary hand tools

• Effective communication skills and team-oriented attitude
