Full-time / Commission-Based

• Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, haircuts, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and deshedding.
• Follow breed-specific grooming standards or customer preferences.
• Ensure pets are handled with care and compassion throughout the grooming process.

• Consult with pet parents to understand grooming needs and provide expert recommendations.
• Build lasting relationships with clients through consistent, high-quality service.
• Address and resolve customer concerns professionally.

• Help train new groomers and support other team members.

• Rebook clients after each appointment.
• Recommend additional services.
• Ask clients for referrals.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe grooming area.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing salon workflow.
• Monitor pet health and report any concerns to management.

• 55% commission on all grooming services performed.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior grooming experience or completion of a grooming training program required.
• Passion for animals and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working with all breeds and temperaments.
• Certification in pet grooming (preferred but not required).
