Patient Care Coordinator – West Fargo

Apex Physical Therapy is looking for a friendly, fast learning professional that can handle all duties of a Physical Therapy clinic front desk position. This person will handle all incoming communication and should be able to work together with others to achieve the best possible outcomes for our patients. In this position you will greet and register patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, verify insurance and coordinate patient care for the duration of the treatment plan.

Requirements for this position include proficient computer skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work independently, excellent customer service skills, highly organized with attention to detail, reliability. Previous experience in health care field preferred. Monday through Friday work week, no nights, or holidays.

• An Associate Degree or the equivalent

• Good knowledge of computer skills, Microsoft Word, Publisher, and Excel.
