Mortgage Loan Processor

Overview

This position will be in-office at our West Fargo, ND location.

• Review loan applications for completeness and ensure all necessary documents for compliance and processing are in the file.
• Assist Mortgage Loan Officers in obtaining documentation to prepare the file for underwriting, including but not limited to Appraisal order, Flood Certification, and title work orders.
• Gather conditions as required by underwriter.
• Prepare the loan for closing, funding, and post-funding.
• Input, update, and monitor rate lock expirations with each investor and report to AVP Mortgage Loan Processing Manager weekly on pending expirations.
• Communicate with title companies, realtors and appraisers as need to maintain up-to-date information and file detail.
• Prepare daily rate sheet for mass distribution.
• Field questions from other departments of the bank as it relates to secondary market mortgage loans.
• Participate in bank and community activities.
• Provide compliance uploads as directed.
• Other duties and responsibilities as needed or assigned.

• High School Diploma Required. Relevant Experience Preferred.
