Job Title: Construction Superintendent

Salary Range: $55,000 – $90,000 annually (depending on experience), plus performance-based bonuses

My Aquatic Services is seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on our residential and commercial pool construction projects. This role is responsible for overseeing all job site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The Construction Superintendent acts as the field authority, directing site foremen, coordinating subcontractors, and working closely with project managers to execute project plans from groundbreaking to final inspection.

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of multiple job sites, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence
• Manage and supervise foremen, subcontractors, labor crews, and vendors
• Implement construction plans and ensure accurate execution of blueprints and specifications
• Conduct daily walkthroughs, safety meetings, and inspections
• Coordinate with Project Managers on scheduling, changes, and resource needs
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and local building codes
• Maintain detailed project documentation including progress reports, material tracking, and time logs
• Identify and address potential delays, conflicts, or safety concerns proactively
• Serve as the primary field contact for clients, inspectors, and other stakeholders

• 5+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years in a superintendent or senior field leadership role
• Proven track record of managing residential and/or commercial construction projects from start to finish
• In‑depth knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, scheduling, and inspections
• Familiarity with aquatic, pool, spa, or specialty outdoor construction is strongly preferred
• Proficient in reading blueprints, interpreting specifications, and coordinating trades
• Skilled in Buildertrend, Procore, or similar construction management software
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites across ND, SD, and MN
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening
