My Aquatic Services is seeking an experienced and dependable Construction Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations at both residential and commercial job sites. This role is vital to ensure that our projects—especially high-end pools and aquatic installations, are executed with excellence, on schedule, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

You will oversee site personnel, subcontractors, and schedules, acting as the key point of contact on the ground to coordinate tasks and solve challenges as they arise.

• Supervise daily activities on construction sites across ND, SD, and MN
• Direct site crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries to meet project goals
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards at all times
• Read and interpret project plans, ensuring compliance and accuracy in execution
• Conduct site walkthroughs and quality control inspections
• Collaborate with Project Managers on schedules, changes, and updates
• Maintain daily logs, site reports, and materials inventory
• Lead toolbox talks and promote a culture of safety and accountability
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, inspectors, and internal teams

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with pool, spa, landscape, or custom outdoor construction preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and work plans
• Knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and job sequencing
• Proficiency with digital tools (Buildertrend, Procore, or similar)
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally
• Must pass background and drug screening

• Full-time, Monday to Friday, with some weekend or after-hours work as needed
• Based in West Fargo, ND, with regular travel to project sites throughout North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota
