About the Role:

My Aquatic Services is seeking a proactive and experienced Construction Field Supervisor to oversee daily job site operations for our high-end residential and commercial pool construction projects. This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role responsible for supervising crews, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards.

The Construction Field Supervisor acts as a critical liaison between project management and field crews, solving problems, ensuring compliance, and driving productivity throughout the build process.

Founded in 1991, My Aquatic Services has grown into one of the Midwest’s most trusted pool and spa builders. We specialize in innovative aquatic construction, delivering beautiful, lasting results across North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota.

• Oversee and manage on-site operations for pool and spa construction projects
• Supervise field crews, subcontractors, and day-to-day job site activity
• Ensure all tasks meet project specifications, schedules, and safety regulations
• Conduct job site walkthroughs, quality checks, and resolve field issues promptly
• Coordinate with Project Managers to meet timelines and resource needs
• Manage material deliveries and inventory on site
• Document daily progress, safety logs, and field reports
• Lead toolbox safety meetings and uphold a safety-first culture
• Act as the main on-site point of contact for vendors, inspectors, and clients

• 5+ years of construction experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and job site coordination
• Experience with pool, spa, or specialty outdoor construction preferred
• Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting project documents
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with digital tools such as Buildertrend or Procore (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple project sites
• Must pass a background check and drug screening

  Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend or after-hours duties as needed
