A specialist SEMH school in West Drayton is seeking a SEMH Learning Support Assistant for a full-time role starting in September. The ideal candidate will have experience with complex behaviours and mental health challenges, as well as excellent behaviour management skills. You will work with secondary pupils who may have been excluded from mainstream education, providing personalized support to help them succeed.
