MINSTER is a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, searching for a Warehouse Supervisor who is passionate about great service to join the West Drayton site.

7:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

• Welcome customers to the branch and take an active interest in their projects.
• Managing directly team of Warehouse Operatives.
• Producing monthly reports.
• Supporting the Branch Director and Operations Manager.
• Ensure your team are set up for the day, including delivery drivers with route planning.
• Help to process and prepare customer orders – load and unload customer and supplier vehicles using a forklift truck to minimise manual handling (training will be provided!).
• Work as a direct support to the management team and act as a keyholder when needed.
• Check incoming deliveries and report missing or damaged products.
• Maintain stock levels in both the warehouse and yard areas, carrying out regular stock counts.
• Keep the branch looking clean and tidy and make Health & Safety a priority.
• Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement.

• Previous industry experience preferred.
• Background within Warehouse Management, ideally within construction materials.
• A positive team player who is a strong and inclusive leader.
• A genuine enthusiasm for dealing with customers, and a ‘customer 1st’ attitude.
• Confident working both indoors and outdoors.
• Strong focus on Health & Safety.
• Commercial acumen.
