Senior Salesforce Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team in West Des Moines, Iowa. In this role you will lead technical development efforts within the Salesforce platform, leveraging both declarative and custom coding approaches to optimize systems for enhanced business functionality. • Lead the redevelopment and optimization of the Salesforce organization to align with best practices and enhance system performance.
• Design and implement new features using declarative tools and custom development, including Apex coding and Lightning Web Components.
• Collaborate with data integration teams to integrate APIs and connect various systems seamlessly.
• Develop and maintain workflows, flows, and other automation tools within the Salesforce platform.
• Address legacy code issues by remediating and modernizing existing solutions.
• Manage Salesforce thresholds and limits, ensuring system scalability and reliability.
• Provide mentorship to less experienced team members, fostering technical growth and expertise.
• Work with Salesforce ecosystems, including Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Utilize Mulesoft for advanced data integration tasks, if applicable.
• Conduct API development and ensure efficient data integration processes across platforms.

• Extensive experience in Salesforce development, including Apex coding and Lightning Web Components.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystems, including Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Proven ability to work with APIs and integrate data across multiple systems.
• Expertise in designing workflows and automation tools within Salesforce, such as flows.
• Familiarity with remediating legacy code and optimizing systems for scalability.
• Knowledge of Salesforce thresholds and system limitations.
• Experience with Mulesoft or similar integration platforms is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and support team members in technical development.
