As a Sales Associate, you embody our brand with personal style and passion, bringing welcoming energy to the sales floor daily. You'll assist customers in discovering their look and collaborate effectively with team members and managers to drive business success, focusing on a seamless customer experience infused with collaboration, kindness, and inclusivity.

• Provide a seamless and authentic customer experience that extends the brand.
• Drive sales while exceeding sales and service expectations.
• Assist in operational and product‑driven store tasks assigned by the management team while acting in alignment with our brand values.
• Share customer feedback and insights with the management team.

• At least 18 years old.
• Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty, demonstrating strong problem‑solving skills.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Capable of bending, reaching, stretching for product as well as lifting, carrying, and moving at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).

Hourly Range: $13.50 – $15.52

The base salary offered considers internal equity and may vary depending on geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. The base salary is one component of our competitive total rewards strategy, which also includes bonuses and benefits.
