Work Model- Open to On-Site, Hybrid, or Remote
- Design and implement a regional sales strategy to grow market share throughout the East Coast
- Discover, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with contractors, architects, developers, and industrial clients
- Create and foster strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry partners
- Complete product demonstrations, presentations, and onsite visits
- Partner with project management, engineering, and operations teams to deliver customized solutions
- Monitor pipeline activity, prepare forecasts, and share progress with leadership
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
- Offer market insights to assist in product development and competitive positioning
- 3-7 years of experience in business development or outside sales in industrial products, construction materials, structural systems, or a related field
- Demonstrated success selling into industrial or commercial markets
- Extensive knowledge of structural applications, construction processes, or engineered products
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel as needed and oversee a large geographic territory
- Driven, goal-focused, and comfortable working independently
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
