Position OverviewThe Selling Associate drives sales and provides exceptional customer service, engaging customers with an elevated level of product knowledge and expertise.
Key Responsibilities Sales Floor- Drive store sales and growth by personally selling to customers.
- Proactively engage customers, read cues, and respond effectively.
- Provide customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
- Convert returns, offers, and promotions into larger sales.
- Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing customer transactions accurately.
- Reinforce customer buying decisions at checkout and encourage additional purchases.
- Recover cash wrap selling zone and “go‑backs.”
- Process merchandise to be floor ready and maintain backroom and under shelf to brand standards.
- Replenish merchandise to brand standards to ensure product availability.
- Assist with projects such as markdowns, re‑tickets, and the mark‑out‑of‑stock process.
- Execute floorset proficiently.
- Understand and adhere to brand standards.
- Assist with backroom maintenance to enable efficient replenishment.
- Drive top‑line store sales results through action and productivity.
- Maintain a focus on bras as the premier product differentiator.
- Prepare for each shift by staying aware of sales, promotions, and procedures.
- Initiate recovery and replenishment of merchandise.
- Adhere to visual merchandising brand standards.
- Assist in housekeeping and communicate maintenance issues.
- Build personal capability in loss prevention.
- Support store safety and reduce shrink.
- Demonstrate Company values.

- Be capable of lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds; frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing required.

Minimum Salary: $12.00
Maximum Salary: $14.75
