We're looking for music and pop culture fans to create an exciting shopping experience. As a Hot Topic Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll provide excellent customer service, share your fandom knowledge, stock products, and maintain an appealing store environment.

• Provide an engaging shopping experience to encourage customer loyalty.
• Maintain visual standards in your assigned store areas.
• Operate the register, process transactions, and promote additional sales options like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram updates and store merchandising.
• Share fashion and music trend information with management and HQ.
• Work with management to prevent theft and ensure store security.
• Help keep the stockroom organized and the store tidy.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience, especially with music and pop culture.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Minimum age of 16.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
