Join Lens Crafters as a part‑time Sales Associate and help deliver a personalized vision care experience. The role focuses on sales, customer service, and optical care support within a state‑of‑the‑art store environment.

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
• Assist patients in selection of frames and coordinate with optical measurements to identify the perfect vision solution.
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with an optician as needed.
• Actively participate and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
• Maintain the appearance of the store and display & inventory cleanliness.
• Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems, computers, calculators, phone and basic math skills.
• Embrace new technology & change with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to sell through use of sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated with demonstrated ability to multi‑task and respond flexibly in a fast‑changing environment.
