About the Role

The Store Manager will fully immerse themselves in the Pandora brand, culture, and products while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role offers the exciting opportunity to spend quality time on the sales floor, engaging with customers and working alongside the team to drive sales.

Responsibilities
  • Coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.
  • Dare to exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with fans.
  • Exceed commercial targets and KPIs, setting new records and achieving remarkable success.
  • Create unforgettable shopping moments that exceed expectations, displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
  • Provide real-time feedback and guidance to empower the team to achieve KPI goals.
  • Foster lasting connections beyond transactions, crafting loyal fans.
  • Recruit and retain exceptional talent, managing seasonal and core hiring, including assistant, lead, and associate roles.
  • Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and HR to address performance issues and policy violations.
  • Ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and continuous talent development.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Results‑oriented leader with 3‑5 years of store management experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, characterized by care.
  • Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all organizational levels.
  • Sharp business acumen paired with analytical thinking to deliver positive results.
  • Talent magnet skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing teams, including succession planning and internal mobility.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail point‑of‑sale systems.
  • Minimum age of 18 years with proof of identification and eligibility to work.
  • Flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
