Part‑time Service Lead (Keyholder). You are a member of the leadership team responsible for ensuring every guest’s experience is positive and inspiring.

• Help drive store‑level financial and operational results by monitoring key performance indicators and taking appropriate action to achieve store targets.
• Keep your team focused on guest engagement, sampling, and product knowledge sharing.
• Maximize overall performance through product knowledge education, coaching, selling skills, and leading by example.
• Assist in training, developing, and motivating team members.
• Support the Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards and ensure store cleanliness.
• Enforce all policies, procedures, and operational directives consistently among team members.
• Be a champion of Lolli & Pops inside and outside the store.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
