Morning Star Senior Living - 525 South 60th Street - Responsibilities:
Administer and document regularly prescribed medications per the Medication Administration record observing the five rights for safe administering of meds and per physician orders;
Order meds from the pharmacy when and as prescribed, 7 days prior to running out of meds;
Immediately after administering medication to a resident, document in the residents medical record those medications given;
Take and record vital signs prior to administration of medications which could affect or change vital signs;
Administer PRN medications, per physician order
