Construction Project Manager

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and familiarity with Critical Path Methodology (CPM).
• Experience with data center construction programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in managing teams and working collaboratively with cross-functional groups.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with relevant experience.

• Experience with data center construction programs.
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio.

• Develop and oversee the implementation of detailed project plans for datacenter construction projects.
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time.
• Monitor project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate Interactive Planning Sessions (IPS) with discipline leads, vendors, and client inputs.
