The System Transfer Center Manager has 24‑hour accountability for the UPH Patient Transfer Center. - Oversee operational budget development, monitoring, analysis, and variance reporting.

- Maintain working knowledge of HR labor laws and comply with all HR policies related to hiring, interviewing, onboarding, retention, and performance management.
- Lead orientation and annual competency planning for staff, aligning programs with departmental goals.
- Bachelor’s in Nursing
- Preferred:
Master’s in Nursing, other healthcare‑related field, or MBA
- Hospital Management experience
- Preferred:
Emergency Department or Critical Care Manager experience
- Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state where you practice and/or hold an active Compact/Multi‑State RN license.
- BLS (within 180 days of hire)
