In this role you will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing painting projects across Care Initiatives’ statewide portfolio. You will ensure high‑quality workmanship, adherence to safety standards, and timely completion of all assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and outline SOW of work for painting projects to include scheduling and all materials needed.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Maintain and keep track of all company owned tools.
- Prep all areas to be painted to include, sanding scraping, filling holes and cracks, taping and mudding as required.
- Ensure that work areas are protected with drop clothes as needed to protect furniture floors, etc.
- Maintenance of ladders, scaffolding, and power tools.
- Safety and compliance, follow OSHA Guidelines, wearing proper PPE.
- Travel will be required 90% of the time.
What it takes to become an Administrative Assistant with Care Initiatives:
- 5+ years of demonstrated skills in commercial painting.
- High Proficiency with tools and equipment used in painting the interior and exterior of properties.
- Highly Skilled in preparing and painting interior/exterior of commercial spaces.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety and quality standards for painting in commercial settings.
- Experience submitting accurate expense reports and maintaining all project receipts to ensure adherence to established budgets.
