We're seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Shipping & Receiving Associate to support our fast-paced data center operations. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth flow of equipment, supplies, and materials in and out of the facility. You'll work closely with our inventory, security, and technical teams to maintain accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments (servers, networking gear, peripherals, etc.)
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company and carrier standards
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movement using warehouse management systems
- Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to resolve shipping discrepancies
- High school diploma or equivalent; logistics or warehouse certification a plus
- 1-2 years of experience in shipping/receiving, preferably in a tech or data center environment
- Familiarity with inventory systems and shipping software (e.g., Fed Ex, UPS, DHL platforms)
Contract position based out of West Des Moines, IA.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
