What You’ll Do
A typical Maintenance Associate’s day might include:

• Complete make-ready checklists to ensure all apartment homes are ready for the new resident(s), resulting in a 5-star Google review.
• Help keep our communities “picture perfect” by performing basic grounds maintenance, including landscaping, trash and debris pickup, weeding, mulching, and light seasonal snow removal (stocking cap included).
• Partner with Service Technician(s) to complete work orders in occupied apartment homes.

This role might be a fit for you if:

• You are passionate about providing exceptional service and eager to learn maintenance in a residential setting.
• You have drive, excellent communication skills, and are willing to get your hands dirty.
• You believe the details matter and are committed to doing things right.
• You are flexible, enjoy learning new things, and can adapt to changes. Availability for some weekend work is preferred.
• You are dependable, safety-conscious, and have general maintenance experience, including appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work.
