Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a Tableau Admin to join their team. As a Tableau Admin, you will be part of the Data & Analytics department supporting enterprise data visualization and reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Tableau Admin

Location: Des Moines, IA

Pay Range: $69.00 - $74.00/hr

• Manage and maintain Tableau Server in an enterprise Windows environment
• Configure and optimize Tableau Server installation for performance and scalability
• Handle site and user management, ensuring security and access controls
• Perform troubleshooting for distributed or multi‑node setups
• Automate installation, configuration, and maintenance tasks using Python scripting

• Hands‑on experience as a Tableau Server Administrator in enterprise Windows environments
• Expertise with Tableau Server installation, configuration, and management
• Strong understanding of Windows Server administration and enterprise security concepts
• Proficiency in Python scripting for automation tasks
• Experience with performance tuning, scaling, and high availability configurations
