We’re seeking a Mergers and Acquisitions Integration Specialist I to join our client. The M&A Integration Specialist ensures smooth asset and operational transitions during mergers and acquisitions, involving cross-functional collaboration, process streamlining, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. Key qualities include accuracy, independence, and adaptability.
Responsibilities:- Execute daily M&A integration tasks and transaction processing
- Collaborate with product sponsors to transition assets to Cetera
- Identify and resolve potential issues proactively
- Follow procedures to meet SLAs and quality metrics
- Learn and support financial products, software, and systems
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Coordinate across HR, IT, Finance, and Operations
- Support data management and partner with finance leads
- Manage stakeholder expectations and change initiatives
Required: High School Diploma or GED, 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree, 1+ years in financial services, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, independent thinker with sound judgment, strong problem-solving and organizational skills, professional communicator, adaptable in fast-paced environments
Location:West Des Moines, IA (Hybrid: 2 days onsite)
Compensation:$20 - $24/hr
