This is a part‑time position with daytime hours.

- Provide personal care: bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, mobility assistance
- Take & record vital signs as directed
- Assist with toileting, catheter, and G‑tube care
- Help with light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, vacuuming)
- Practice infection control & safety protocols with PPE
- Communicate client changes with the RN & care team
- Offer emotional support & a friendly presence every visit
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- CNA certification in good standing on the Iowa Direct Care Worker Registry preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in home care, nursing home, or hospital settings preferred.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and insurance required.
- Compassionate, patient‑centered approach to care, with a commitment to client safety and well-being.
