• Provide personal care: bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, and mobility assistance
• Take and record vital signs as directed
• Assist with toileting, catheter, and G‑tube care
• Help with light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, vacuuming)
• Practice infection control and safety protocols with PPE
• Communicate client changes with the RN and care team
• Offer emotional support and a friendly presence each visit

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• CNA certification in good standing on the Iowa Direct Care Worker Registry (preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in home care, nursing home, or hospital settings (preferred)
• Strong communication skills, able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and insurance
• Compassionate, patient‑centered approach to care and commitment to client safety and well‑being
