Wondering what a day in the life of a Patient Experience Representative
- Plastic Surgery at The Iowa Clinic might look like?
Arrive at work in the morning – no night shifts here! The Iowa Clinic Experience with each interaction is the goal. This role represents the clinic by providing advanced level patient services as the main contact on the phones helping patients schedule appointments. Leave in the evening – standard clinic hours.

Qualifications- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- No medical office experience necessary, we will train you!
- Highly motivated to work in a healthcare setting.
- Bonus points if you love exceeding people’s expectations, enjoy having fun where you work, and finding meaningful connections.
- Serve as the main telephone contact for patients, assisting with scheduling and other patient services as needed.
- Represent the clinic and help create a positive patient experience with each interaction.
