Job Summary
The Clinical Operations Residency is a post‑graduate program offering experience in MTM program administration. The resident will learn how pharmacists can impact the quality and rising cost of healthcare by providing patient‑oriented medication therapy management (MTM) services.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Develop and maintain clinical rules for the Insight™ Clinical Engine
- Implement and maintain clinical programs in accordance with clinical guidelines and CMS regulations
- Gain experience and act as a clinical liaison in the following areas:
- Quality assurance
- Data management
- Sales and marketing
- Research
- Network training and support
- Co‑manage clients from a clinical perspective, including attending calls and pulling supporting reports
- Assist in call follow‑ups and answer client questions
- Manage the creation of Feature Interventions
- Participate in national industry meetings, trade shows, and client visits as needed
- Manage the Clinical Task Queue
- Complete projects and present at the IPA Annual Meeting and IPA Advance Practice Forum
- Develop content and present topics in Clinical Rounds pharmacist training sessions
- Demonstrate end‑to‑end understanding of the identification process
- Demonstrate ability to navigate reports and pull accurate information
- Eligible for pharmacist licensure in the United States;
Iowa preferred (must be licensed within 120 days of hire date) - Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently while managing multiple projects, assignments, and responsibilities

Domestic and/or International travel, up to 25% of work time.
Education & Experience Requirements- Minimum level of education:
Doctorate (Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE‑accredited College of Pharmacy)
- Frequent sitting in a stationary position at a desk
- Occasional standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, squatting, and climbing stairs
- Occasional twisting of the body
- Occasional reaching by extending hands and arms in any direction
- Occasional lifting, pulling, or pushing up to 25 lbs.
