Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in West Des Moines, IA, for an Investment Sales Representative. The successful candidate will focus on providing investment solutions, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales and client satisfaction targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting potential clients, analyzing their financial needs, recommending tailored investment strategies, and staying up-to-date with financial market trends to provide knowledgeable guidance.

The role also involves collaboration with team members to enhance client experiences and meet organizational goals.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in sales, relationship-building, and client engagement
  • Knowledge of financial markets, retirement planning, and wealth management strategies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently to meet targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • Industry certifications such as CFP, CFA, or Series 7/63 are highly advantageous
  • Motivated to build strong, long-term client relationships with a client-first mindset
