Operations Associate – Annuity Insurance

Contract – $19 hourly

We are looking for an Operations Associate to join our Annuity Insurance team. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide operational support and exceptional customer service to our clients.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in an office environment
• At least 1 year of experience with MS Office

• Knowledge of the Financial Services Industry and operational processes
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and multitask effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
• Proven experience in problem resolution, organizational, and follow‑up skills
• Attention to detail

• Offer operational, customer service, and administrative support for the Annuity Insurance Department.
• Handle daily processing tasks such as journal entries, account processing, and payment solutions.
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers via email, fax, and phone.
• Act as a liaison between customers/financial professionals and institutions, including banks, credit unions, and clearing firms.
• Perform various account calculations and reconciliations.
• Conduct research on customer accounts as needed.
• Provide phone support for the department.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.
