Koch & Carlisle Plastic Surgery & Spa is growing, and we’re looking to add an experienced, client-focused Aestheticianto our award-winning spa team. This role is ideal for an aesthetician who hasbuilt a strong, loyal clientele and is ready to join a collaborative, physician-led practice with advanced technology and long-term growth opportunities.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Licensed Esthetician in the state of Iowa (required)
• Laser Trained or Certificate preferred
• Experience with laser hair removal and laser skin treatments
• Comfort working alongside physicians, injectors, and nurses
• Ability to retain and grow a client base within a medical spa setting
• Passionate about patient experience and results
• Confident performing consultations and treatment planning
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
• Established, reputable plastic surgery & medical spa practice
