We are looking for a motivated Customer Success Specialist to join our team in West Des Moines, Iowa. This is a contract-to-permanent position within a growing insurance company, offering an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by assisting new business customers. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

- Guide clients through benefit and billing processes to ensure clarity and satisfaction.

- Deliver accurate data entry and maintain detailed customer records.

- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide tailored solutions.

- Assist in onboarding new business clients and ensure a smooth transition.

- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a detail-oriented approach.

- Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.

- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
