We are seeking a Billing Operations Analyst to support the Merchant Services Operations team within a fast‑paced financial services environment. This role will focus on billing accuracy, data analysis, process improvement, and operational execution to support merchant payment services. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience working in billing, payments, or financial operations.

• Support day‑to‑day billing operations for merchant services and payment processing activities
• Review, analyze, and reconcile billing data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
• Assist with research and resolution of billing discrepancies and client inquiries
• Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation for internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including operations, finance, risk, and technology
• Support low to moderately complex initiatives related to billing operations and process enhancements
• Maintain strong controls, documentation, and adherence to policies and procedures

• 2+ years of experience in business operations, billing, payments, merchant services, or financial operations
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in Merchant Services, Payments, Card Services, or Billing Operations
• Background in financial services or banking operations
• Experience with process improvement or operational optimization
• Familiarity with reconciliation, invoicing, or settlements processes
