JBS Live Pork is seeking a highly motivated and passionate summer
intern to join our accounting team. Our goal is that this program will help lead you to a future career in

• Gain experience working with various accounting and finance
  disciplines supporting JBS expectations
• Coaching and networking to support your professional
  development
• Analyze processes to empower managers and other team
  members to identify opportunities for continuous innovation and
  effectiveness
• Support business needs related to financial statement
  preparation, reporting and analysis, special projects and other
  key priorities

The JBS Live Pork financial and accounting team is responsible for driving the company’s financial management activities including general ledger accounting, other accounting functions including accounts payable, internal controls, budgeting and financial analysis, and production costing and analysis.

The Accountant Internship Program is an early career development program that provides participants with a ten-week overview of JBS and a high-level understanding of the company's operations, business strategies, and organizational culture. The internship experience includes relationship building, relevant work assignments, coaching, feedback sessions, individual and group projects, and other informative learning sessions with key team members. It is designed to provide undergraduate students with a blend of business and professional developmental training opportunities that incorporates real-world experiences and prepares you for a career e the internship is completed, opportunity will be given to present your experiences and provide feedback to key members of the accounting team.
