Gym Attendant – part‑time position at EōS Fitness

Deliver a conspicuously clean and orderly workout environment while engaging members and enforcing club rules.

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the facility
• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
• Monitor general member activity to enforce safety regulations
• Perform building and equipment maintenance as needed

• Enforce gym rules consistently
• Keep gym floor and restrooms tidy
• Conduct restroom checks
• Participate in team cleaning efforts

• Strong ownership mindset and delivery of results
• Experience or strong interest in the fitness industry is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with a customer‑service mentality
• Team player willing to take on any task
• Strong math, analytical and sales skills
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Ability to work independently, multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required

• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
• Attend all mandatory company trainings within 30 days of employment
• Follow all current company policies and standard operating procedures
• Work in a gym setting; move about club floors and rooms; communicate with employees, members and the public
• Ability to bend routinely and lift more than 40 lbs
• Access and operate company computer systems to prepare documents and enter data

California Pay Range: $16.50—$20 USD per hour
