We’re on the search for a Seasonal Sales Associate to help lead our civic-minded, pop culture-driven brand. As a Box Lunch Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store in an appealing way, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages customers to return. Showcase your product knowledge, customer service skills, and enthusiasm for pop culture.
• Maintain visual standards in your assigned sales floor zones.
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote add-on sales using benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes, including store layout, wall displays, fixtures, and merchandising.
• Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells or wizardry.
• Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Perform any other activities assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience is preferred. A passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus!
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay range: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour. Final salary will depend on education, location, experience, and other factors.
