Location: Hybrid – Telehealth & In-Person, West Covina, CA
Salary: $80,000–$100,000 /year (DOE) + Sign-On Bonus

We're looking for a passionate and driven BCBA or BCBA-D to join our growing team in West Covina, CA

• Conduct and assist with functional behavior assessments and onboarding new patients.
• Write and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans and behavior support plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and program modification to ensure measurable, accelerated patient progress.
• Supervise and develop Behavior Technicians to promote delivery of high‑quality services.
• Provide parent and caregiver training to ensure strategies extend beyond sessions.
• Manage assigned caseload and utilization of authorized hours.
• Offer staff development, training, and modeling for team members and caregivers.
• Ensure compliance with BACB, state, and federal regulations.
• Meet regularly with your Area Director to review cases, discuss barriers, and strategize solutions.
• Collaborate with funding sources as needed.

• Education:
  
  Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Certification:
  Active BCBA or BCBA‑D (required).
• Experience:
  
  2+ years developing or implementing intervention programs for individuals with autism or related disorders.
• Skills:
  
  Strong leadership, communication, and time‑management abilities.
