We are looking for a Full Time - Year Round Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Quail Hollow Apartments in West Columbia, SC. This is a 215-unit conventional property.

Position detailsSchedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM day shift hours, on-call 1 week every 3 weeks. Full-time year round work with no layoffs; overtime potential available.
What we are offering- $30- $32/HR
- Yearly raises up to 5%
- Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to $4,000 per year
- On-Call Bonus: $100 per week when on-call; minimum 1.5 hours of pay for any call
- $50 On Call Bonus per day for any major holiday worked

- 4+ years' maintenance experience, including 3+ years in multifamily housing
- Extensive knowledge of plumbing (including sweating copper) and electrical (switches, outlets, light fixtures)
- Extensive appliance repair/diagnostic experience
- Painting and drywall patching experience
- Basic computer skills for ordering, emails, and navigating work order software (Yardi)
- Previous direct leadership experience in a maintenance setting
- Ability to manage a maintenance budget and schedule effectively
- Extensive hands-on HVAC experience and certification (EPA or HVAC Certification Required)
- Excellent customer service to residents
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to assist with emergency on-call coverage
- CPO Certifications and hands-on pool maintenance experience
A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position.
This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and drug screening. Valid driver’s license required. A physical demonstration of the ability to perform basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
