Responsibilities- Complete our award‑winning company paid training and learn the skills required to be responsible for the daily operation of a pest control service route to become a Pro.
- Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
- Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within an assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer.
- Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
- Serve as a problem‑solver for each customer with empathy by listening to and understanding their needs and utilizing Orkin Pro expertise to recommend the most efficient and innovative solution.
- Prepare and install home or business services, including attic remediations, crawlspace encapsulations, gutter protection, and radiant heat barrier for energy efficiency.
- Interact with customers by setting project expectations and walking them through the process to ensure satisfaction.
- Complete all required service‑related documentation using your hand‑held device for speed and accuracy.

- No experience required – we’ll train you to be a Pro.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage route‑based assignments, and interact with customers inside homes or businesses.
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. including the ability to climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
- Willing to work in different types of weather conditions.
