RNDC is seeking a talented and energetic Sales Support Representative to join an expanding Sales team. The Sales Support Representative collaborates with the Sales Lead/Inside Sales Representative to ensure orders are delivered, merchandised, and priced while assisting customers, submitting replenishment orders, and building relationships.

• Assist customers with stocking shelves, resetting coolers, and creating product displays.
• Solidify strong customer relationships and understand the area where support is needed.
• Place prices and descriptive signs on product and maintain merchandising displays.
• Check account inventory on hand, submit replenishment orders, and fill gaps.
• Accurately sort, label, and store goods. Maintain merchandising reports.
• Survey accounts for merchandising opportunities and present promotional activities or materials to improve store representation.
• Report competitive activity and pricing to supervisor. Cover open sales territory as needed.
• Employee may be required to work nights, weekends, or holidays.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current, valid state driver's license. Ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements.
• Product knowledge applicable to wine and spirits industry.
• Experience stocking shelves and creating product displays.

• Previous experience in the wine and spirits industry.
• Industry certifications: CSW, CSS, WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers, Sake Specialist.
