Schedule:

Variable based on program needs (clinical, lab, simulation). Full-time hours preferred. Alto Healthcare Staffing is seeking an MSN Nurse Faculty to support ADN and PN nursing programs by teaching clinical, lab, and simulation experiences across multiple student levels. You will mentor and evaluate nursing students while collaborating with faculty to ensure a high-quality learning experience. Faculty assignments are based on program needs and instructor strengths and may include clinical, lab, or simulation instruction.

What You’ll Do:

Teach and support nursing students in clinical, lab, and/or simulation settings Supervise, mentor, and evaluate student performance Facilitate pre- and post-conference discussions Collaborate with campus faculty and leadership to support student success Participate in student remediation and documentation as needed

What we're looking for:
