Salary Info: $72,000.00 - $83,000.00/Yearly. Competitive pay:

- As a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN), completes an initial/comprehensive assessment of the patient/family to determine hospice needs, including history of current and previous illness(es) and a physical assessment with emphasis on pain and symptom management.
- Performs ongoing assessments of the patient’s physical status and the psychosocial status of the patient/family.
- Initiates and develops a plan of care in collaboration with the IDG, the patient/family, and the physician.
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Georgia or compact multi-state license
- Twelve (12) months of accumulated experience as a registered nurse within the last five (5) years
- One (1) year of hospice care experience preferred
