Join Three Rivers Behavioral Health, a 118‑bed inpatient facility located in Lexington County, South Carolina, specializing in psychiatric and chemical dependency services for adolescents, adults, and senior adults.

• Provide nursing care and support to patients in a safe and compassionate environment.
• Implement treatment plans and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Assist with daily activities and promote patient comfort and security.

• All shifts available.
• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM shift.
• Full‑time position with $10,000 sign‑on bonus.
